What should I do with the app if I get to run it on a new phone?
If you or any of your Loop members gets a new phone, you just need to make sure that all of you log out of the app on all the older devices and log in on your new phones with the same login information. The app needs to recognize the correct devices for location sharing to work properly and this is only possible when an account is used on one devices only at a time.
Follow these steps:
- Log out of the app on your old phone
- Download Loop to your new phone
- Log in with the same username and password on your account
