Settings Overview

General settings

Feature settings

We have different user roles available in THAREJA on the basis of which each member of your organization and project can have different access levels. By default, all projects and team members can be accessed by the Organization Owners and Managers. However, in order to track time, one only needs to be a member of a project if they want to track their time on it.

General Settings

NoteOrganization can only be edited by an organization Owner or Manager.

STEP 1.  Go to Settings > General Settings from the left-side navigation bar.

Once you click on General Settings you will be landed on Organization details.

STEP 2. Now make the required changes to your organization's details and click Save.

Projects Settings

Default user

It allows you to set the default role of users for new projects, you can either do this for a specific team member or entire team as well.

Navigate to Settings > General Settings > Projects > Default User from the left-side navigation bar.

Time Tracker App Settings

THAREJA offers mobile, desktop and web applications to track time. From here you can choose which app your team members will use to track time as the options are None, All Apps and Desktop only.

Allowed Apps

To access this setting, navigate to Settings > General Settings > Time Tracker App > Allowed Apps.

Idle Timeout

Note: This feature only works with the Desktop App.

From here you can choose the duration of inactive time for a user to consider them idle. To access this setting, navigate to Settings > General Settings > Time Tracker App > Idle Timeout.

Billing Settings

Note: Only organization owners and managers can change the billing settings.

Go to Settings > Billing Settings from the left side navigation bar.

In your to change your card details, subscription plan and to view billing history, follow these steps:

STEP 1. Go to Settings > Billing Settings from the left side navigation bar and click Change Plan.

STEP 2. You can change your card details by clicking on Change Card.

STEP 3. Click View Billing History to see past billing details.

Feature Settings

Note: Only the organization owners and managers can change the feature settings. 

Go to Settings > Feature Settings from left side navigation bar.

By default, you will be landed on the Activity tab. You can change your Activity settings here.

Track Apps & URLs

Screenshot Frequency

You can change the setting of the number of a screenshot taken in 10 minutes.

You can change it by Default Settings and Individual settings. 

Delete Screenshot

You can permit screenshots delete by clicking on the dropdown option.

Permission will be for all the team members and individuals. 

For all team members click on the Default Settings dropdown.

You can On/Off the Record Activity.
