THAREJA Activity Overview

This guide covers the topics listed below:

Activity Tracking

You'll get screenshots showing the relationship between your team and their work. It's all about what your team is working on and how much time they spend on any task.

Go to the left-side navigation bar and select Activity.

There are three tabs on this page: Screenshots, App Activity and URL Activity. By default, you will land on the Screenshots tab.

Note: Time totals on this page will not match reports if you are in a different timezone than the organisation.

You can use these filters too to view the sorted results. Please note these filters will show you the options as per your role in the organisation.

We do have a stats section here on top of the page below filters. Here you can see your total worked time, tasks completed and activity percentage obtained in comparison to the previous day.

Viewing Screenshots

  • Activity levels from 50% to 100% will be colour-coded as Green.
  • Activity levels from 20% to 50% will be colour-coded as Yellow (caution status).
  • Activity levels from 0% to 20% will be colour-coded as Red (warning status).

Viewing App Activity

App Activity shows you how much time you have spent on a particular application on your desktop.

Viewing URL Activity

URL activity shows you how much time you have spent on specific url's.

You can also click on the down arrow (⌄) to see the URL of the website visited during the timeframe. It will show you details like this.

Deleting Screenshots

You can delete your recorded screenshots from the Activity page.

Note: Once you delete your activity it will be removed permanently, you can't restore it. You can add manual time if you deleted the activity by mistake if you are allowed to do so by your team owner.

Step 1. Go to the Activity page from the left side navigation.

Here you will see all the recorded times and screenshots. Just hover over the screenshots, a few icons will be visible over there. In order to delete the screenshots, you need to click on the image icon.

After clicking on it you will get a confirmation popup, click  OK to confirm.

Please note that this option will delete the screenshots only within the given time. In case you want to delete all the time and activity including the screenshots, then you need to click on the trash icon. Along with the screenshots, it will delete this time too from your total tracked time for the day.

Deleting multiple time slots and screenshots

You can delete multiple activity logs at once by clicking on this checkmark given at the beginning of each activity row. It will select the complete row for you. This way you can select multiple rows of data as well.

Once you have selected some activity logs, same trash and image icons will be visible at the bottom of the page. Just click on these to perform the desired action.
