Why am I not able to see realtime location of my Loop members?

Here are some reasons why:

  • Real-time movement can not work properly if the GPS or phone signal is low or interrupted.
  • Real-time movement will not be shown if the device battery is low.
  • Real-time movement will not work if the app is not allowed to run in the background and/or if the battery saver is ON.
  • If you are connected to mobile data and the provider does not support internet during a phone call, your movement will not be updated.
