Protecting employee privacy is one of THAREJA's cornerstones. Employees have complete control over when they want to track time. You will also receive a notification when you start tracking time and when THAREJA.AI takes screenshots.

Additionally, employees have full access to their tracked data. For instance, if you accidentally tracked time to non-work-related tasks, you can delete the data (including screenshots) in your activity dashboard — even without admin permissions.
